The Art of Relaxation CD includes over an hour of beautiful and luscious relaxations.

The relaxations can be practiced individually or as a complete hour session depending on your time availability.

Relaxations included are:

Yogic Breath (Guided Breath Technique)  10 minutes

A simple and gentle breath technique which helps produce immediate effects of calming and relaxing the body and mind.

61 point relaxation  20 minutes
A guided relaxation technique where you focus your breath awareness systematically through your body to specific 61 points in the body.  A perfect practice to prepare the body and mind for meditation.

Yoga Nidra 30 minutes
Yoga Nidra is a body rotation relaxation technique. It is used for deep relaxation and stress management.  You will be guided to progressively relax the body, breath and mind. In this state, profound physical healing takes place as you experience the depth of your own inner peace.

When I can’t sleep and I’m suffering from insomnia I play Rachel’s CD and before long her voice has guided me into a blissful state and I drift off to sleep easily.  It works every time! Marie  (yoga student)
