Her teaching style weaves together an eclectic knowledge of yoga traditions and styles including Buddhist and Taoist philosophies. Rachel’s classes blend physical asanas (postures) and gentle vinyasas (flowing sequences), with pranayama (breathing practices) guided relaxations and meditations that are tailored to reconnect mind body and soul.
